Type: Mammal/undead

Origin: there are lots of different stories. I like the one that says sorceresses enchanted the corpses of the dead to never let their soul go to the world of spirits , turning them into undead minions.

Habitat: anywhere you can find dead creatures

Weakness: salt ( if thrown in mouth) and the ocean ( if looked at) . Both will send the spirit to the land of souls, returning the body to the grave.
