-There are different cases with werewolves depending on how they became one.Some will attack and eat humans well others just kill live stock. There are many other were-creatures ranging from werecats to werebears . The weaknesses of a werewolf are  wolfs bane and silver items or just plain silver. werewolves should not be confused with people who have lyncanthropy which means to think your a werewolf but not actually be one. If a werewolf starts to terrorize a village there will be a chance many of the people who live there will become werewolves themselves and go off to terrorize the next town. In medieval times they would burn anyone who had even the slightest sign of being a witch or werewolf at the stake.
